Principles
INRES provides structured and continuous monitoring to make sure that an entity (i.e. a business partner, supplier, customer, etc.) is not involved in insolvency proceedings under Act No. 182/2006 Coll. In this way the owners of INRES have the chance to be in control and to assert their rights in time – to register all claims against the insolvent entity within the statutory time limit.
The system input is a database of entities with parameters that make searching in the Insolvency Register possible (identification number of a legal entity, personal identification number, surname and the name of an individual entity).
After comparing the database with the insolvency register, electronic mail distributes a report listing insolvents with financial obligations to the company. The reports also show dynamic changes in the insolvency proceedings.
The above-stated mandatory information can be complemented with user data, which appears in the final set. Such attributes can include internal insolvent entity, the amount of debt, etc.
The system is easy to use and the installation, management and operation are not difficult, either. The implementation process can be adapted to the customer's requirements.
